Designed by freeskier, artist, and filmmaker Chris Benchetler, the Atomic Bent 110 GFD is a Grateful Dead special edition of the Bent 110. It has enough stability to rip turns all over the mountain and enough float for powder days. Benchetler’s latest film project, Mountains of the Moon, served as the creative catalyst for this collab ski, with topsheet and base artwork inspired by 60 years of the Grateful Dead’s wild nature and eclectic energy. The 110, a narrower, more everyday version of the Bent Chetler 120, has HRZN Tech Tip and Tail for a playful feel in deep snow and a powerful build to charge through crud. A lightweight woodcore construction cuts weight for quicker responsiveness edge to edge.
- HRZN Tech Tip & Tail
- Beveled tip and tail with 10% more surface area for float and playful performance and lower weight
- Light Woodcore
- Poplar wood core optimizing the ski's weight without sacrificing any shock absorption or stability
- Dura Cap Sidewall
- Sidewall from base to top sheet for great edge grip, with a rounded shape for increased durability
- Directional Shape
- Minimal tail rocker for more edge contact creating better grip and stability.
- Glossy Topsheet
- A glossy topsheet gives your ski a polished, glassy finish for a super-sleek high-end look.
- Powder Rocker 25/50/25
- Pronounced tip and tail rocker combined with camber underfoot for deep and variable snow.
- Side Edge Angle: 87°
- A side edge angle of 87° for more intuitive handling, easier skiing and better grip.
- Base Edge Angle: 1.0°
- A 1.0° base edge angle for easy turning, excellent edge grip and aggressive tracking.
