Christy Sports is proud of the amazing brands and products we sell and our ultimate goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy, and we want you to be happy because happy people shred better.
We accept returns for all unused, re-sellable (meaning tags attached and in good condition) merchandise purchased from www.christysports.com within 367 days (yes, that's one year plus two days and it was intentional) of the original purchase date. Merchandise can be returned to any store. However, if you do not have your receipt merchandise must be returned to the original purchase location for a refund.
All refunds will be issued directly to the original form of payment method. That keeps it easy for all of us. Should the original form of payment not accept a refund, a Christy Sports Gift Card will be issued for the refund amount.
Returns are accepted at any of our stores for both in-store and online purchases. In addition, online returns can be made by shipping items back to us (scroll down for help with that).
Please note that any shipping costs (both outbound to you or in returning your items to us) are not refundable and that a refund is only able to be issued to the exact same credit card account used in your original purchase. Cash refunds over $200 may require longer processing time and special order items are subject to the specific terms of sale.
Bottom line: If you’re not happy with what you bought, get it back to us and we’ll make it right.

- Choose from 3 return methods:
- Use a prepaid shipping label ($10 flat rate)
- Bring it to our store
- Use the carrier of your choice
- Follow the instructions for the return method of your choice
