- Sling & Cushions: 3 years on sling fabric; 1 year on cushion, pillow, and umbrella fabrics (30 days on cushion/pillow workmanship).
- Exclusions: Original purchaser only (U.S. & Canada). No coverage for fading, color variation, rust/corrosion, improper use, fire pit components (covered by manufacturer), normal wear, environmental damage, or post-delivery labor. Claims handled through retailer.
