The Altai-W is the centrepiece of our new women’s boot collection, offering premium features and freeride-friendly support at an unbeatable price. It’s built around an asymmetrical upper that fits perfectly with Nidecker and Flow binding straps, eliminating pressure points. The Dual BOA lacing system features textile-coated laces and twin dials to allow you to control the upper and lower sections independently. Underneath, our lightweight B.F.T Gravity 2.0 outsole delivers awesome cushioning and traction, with a rubber toe-tip to boost grip when hiking over ice and rock.
We’ve smoothed out the connection between the outsole and the boot via a molded section we call the Transition Zone, eliminating the usual hard edge to prevent it from getting caught in your binding’s heelcup. A tough rubber print on the toe box protects the boot and adds a touch more style. Inside, we’ve introduced a cosy new Silver liner made from the snuggest materials; it’s comfortable straight out the box – with good wriggle room for your toes – and heat-moldable for a custom fit. The Altai is a mid-stiff model with plenty of lateral support, making it great for laying down carves in resort or threading lines through the trees. - Articulating Flex Zone – The upper boot cuff is asymmetrically connected to the lower boot allowing the ankle to flex naturally while providing support without shell distortion.A thermal insulation barrier between the outsole and the bottom of the liner keeps the warmth inside and the cold outside.
- Fit
- 3D Molded Tongue – The asymmetrical tongue is 3D molded and curved towards the medial side, following the naturally raised ridgeline of your forefoot to alleviate pressure points and give a more balanced feel of comfort and support. An anatomically correct and asymmetrical tongue performs better than a standard straight one.
- 3D Molded Toe Box – These toebox designs eliminate extra layers and seams around the toe of the boot to create a durable and streamlined design with less bulk and a better FlowFit on your foot, and a better FlowFit in your bindings.

- Silver Heat Moldable Liner – The redesigned Silver-Level Thermo Heat Moldable liner will conform to the shape of your foot perfectly. Premolded on a FlowFit last, this liner will remain snug where it matters most, with an internal Heel Harness that will give you optimum support. This liner offers maximum comfort and performance, featuring high-density thermo N-FOAM, Nidecker's reverse-cut asymmetrical comfort-cuff and internal multi-layer latex J-bar construction. The removable harness offers easy control of tightness and support, and the Helios model adds an exclusive Velcro top power strap closure and external EVA reinforcement panels for targeted support.

- 3D-Molded Dual Density – An extra layer of high-density EVA supports the deep heel cup and anatomical arch, while comfort EVA offers more flexibility to the forefoot. Silicone top-print adds traction to the fleece-lined footbed.
