- Frame & Finish: 15 year structural warranty on aluminum furniture and fire pit frames under normal residential use. Frame finish is covered for 5 years against peeling or blistering. Minor color or texture variations in finishes are normal and not covered.
- Fabric & Cushions: Fabric on cushions, slings, umbrella fabric, and covers is covered for 5 years against fading or strength loss. Cushion and sling craftsmanship is covered for 2 years (stitching, zippers, foam, buttons, rails).
- Fire Pits & Umbrellas: Fire pit burner components and umbrella assemblies carry a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Exclusions & Requirements: Does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, weather events, improper assembly, pet damage, burns, stains, cuts, or customer-supplied fabrics (COM). Regular care and maintenance are required. Freight and labor are covered only during the first year.
