- General Coverage: Most Kettler products carry a 1 year residential warranty (90 days commercial) against defects in materials or workmanship unless otherwise specified in the product manual.
- Warranty Remedy: Kettler will replace defective parts or components during the warranty period. Replacement products or refurbished parts of comparable quality may be used.
- Exclusions: Warranty does not cover normal wear, fading from sun exposure, misuse, improper assembly, acts of nature, mildew, shipping damage, cosmetic blemishes, surface rust, or natural wood aging. Labor and return shipping are typically not covered.
- Claim Process: Claims must be submitted by the original purchaser with proof of purchase by contacting Kettler Customer Service and providing product details and photos of the issue.
