- Frame Coverage: Teak and aluminum frames are covered for 5 years (residential) against structural failure. Stainless steel and woven frames are covered for 3 years.
- Finish & Material Coverage: eco-Teak finish is covered for 3 years. Aluminum powder-coat finish defects (cracking, peeling, blistering) are covered under the 5-year aluminum warranty.
- Umbrellas, Cushions & Accessories: Umbrellas, umbrella bases, cushions, slings, pillows, furniture covers, and glass tabletops are covered for 1 year against defects in materials or workmanship.
- Exclusions: Damage from misuse, improper care, acts of nature, freight damage, chemical exposure, mildew, normal wear, and natural teak characteristics (cracking, weathering, oil secretion) are not covered. Warranty claims must be submitted through the original retailer with photos and proof of purchase
