Christy Sports Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of gift cards issued by Christy Sports (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing, accepting, or using a Christy Sports gift card, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms do not alter any other agreement you may have with Christy Sports.

2. Definitions

“Gift Card” means a Christy Sports gift card or certificate that is redeemable for merchandise or services at Christy Sports and affiliated stores. Gift cards are issued by Christy Sports and do not constitute a credit or deposit account.

3. Where Gift Cards Can Be Used

Christy Sports gift cards are redeemable in store only at participating Christy Sports family retail locations, including but not limited to:

  • Christy Sports
  • Sturtevant’s
  • Bootdoctors
  • The Alpineer
  • Leisure Living
  • Powder Tools 

Gift cards cannot currently be redeemed for purchases made on christysports.com or other online channels. We hope to enable online gift card redemption in the future. 

4. Purchasing Gift Cards

Gift cards may be purchased online or in store. When purchased online, gift cards are shipped to the purchaser by FedEx like a regular order. 

5. Redemption and Use

Gift cards may be redeemed for eligible merchandise, rentals, and in-store services at participating stores. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.

To redeem a gift card, present the card at the time of purchase. The purchase amount will be deducted from the available gift card balance.

6. Balance and PIN

Some gift cards require a PIN for balance inquiries. You may check your gift card balance online by entering the gift card number and PIN. If your gift card was purchased in 2020 or earlier and does not include a PIN, you must contact us by phone for balance information. 

7. Expiration and Fees

Gift card balances do not expire. There are no fees associated with the purchase or use of gift cards.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

Christy Sports is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced or refunded except as required by applicable law.

9. Refunds and Returns

Gift cards are final sale. Cash refunds or credits for unused balances are not provided except where required by law.

10. Limitations and Liability

Gift cards are not credit or debit cards and are not linked to any personal account. Christy Sports is not responsible for unauthorized use of a gift card. Except as otherwise required by law, Christy Sports disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to gift cards.

11. Modification of Terms

Christy Sports may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on christysports.com. Continued use of a gift card constitutes acceptance of such changes.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any claims arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
