- Finish & Major Components: Painted finishes are covered for 5 years. Double-layer slings and padded slings are covered for 5 years (residential) / 2 years (commercial). Woven furniture and vinyl straps are covered for 3 years (residential).
- Fabric, Accessories & Fire Features: Cushions, single-layer slings, umbrella canopies, and similar fabrics are covered for 2 years (residential) / 1 year (commercial). Fire table burners are covered for 2 years (residential). Miscellaneous parts (glides, mechanisms, umbrellas, etc.) are covered for 1 year.
- Requirements & Exclusions: Product must be registered at myhomecrest.com to activate warranty. Claims require proof of purchase and product code. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, improper maintenance, acts of nature, freezing, chemicals, shipping damage, salt exposure without proper care, and normal wear or fading.
