- Solar Module & Frame: 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
- Coverage: Les Jardins will repair, replace, or substitute defective parts during the warranty period.
- Requirements: The fabrication number located on the solar module must be referenced and the original purchase receipt or invoice must be provided to submit a warranty claim.
- Exclusions: Normal aging, natural color or finish variations in wood, improper cleaning, misuse, environmental damage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, and accidental damage. Packing and shipping costs are not covered under the warranty.
