Warranty information: Aluminum Frames are warranted to be free from structural failure in material and workmanship for a period of 5 years. Damage to frames or welds due to improper use or exposure to water and sub-freezing temperatures is not covered under warranty. The finish is warranted against peeling, cracking, or blistering for a period of 3 years. Scratches or chips resulting from normal wear and tear on the finish are not covered under warranty. Cushions & Polyester Rope are warranted for period of 2 years against splitting, unraveling and excessive fading. Softening of Cushion foam is part of normal wear and tear process and is not considered as defective. Discoloration resulting from exposure to chemical spills, fluids, stains, oil, water damage are not covered.
