How Season Rentals Work
- RESERVE IN ADVANCE: Make a reservation for your seasonal ski and snowboard equipment through our easy-to-use booking system.
- PICK UP YOUR GEAR: Arrive at your selected store location on the designated pickup date. Each person renting equipment must be present for proper fitting and to sign the rental agreement. If under age 18, a parent or guardian must be present. Season rentals must be picked up at the start of the winter season (Sept. - Nov. for most locations). Our expert rental technicians will get you fitted with the best equipment for your size and ability.
- SKI/RIDE ALL SEASON: Enjoy the slopes with support from our dedicated team: bring your equipment in for complimentary tuning all season long. Swap gear if your preferences change or size up if you grow out of your equipment during the season.
- RETURN AT THE END OF THE SEASON: Enjoy using your equipment all winter long, then return your gear to the same location on its due date. Late return fees apply.

Did you rent 24/25 season rental gear directly from the store and want to rent again?
If you did not reserve your season rental gear in advance, you will need to begin a new reservation. Follow these steps:
- Select your location and pickup date.
- Select gear.
- Enter renter info.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each renter.
- View your rental cart.
- Checkout and secure the best price for next season.
Can I extend my season rental reservation past the gear return due date?
Call the store you rented from to see what is available for extensions.
When are my season rentals due?
Season rentals are due at the end of the ski season, generally around April 20th. Season rental return due dates vary slightly by region and are associated with local resort closing dates. Christy Sports will send out email season return reminders. Customers failing to return gear within 30 days of return date will be issued a non-refundable auto-renew for the following season rental at next-season’s rates.
Can I swap out my season rental equipment?
You can swap sizes in either skis or boots during the season at no charge. Size exchanges must be made at the store where you originally picked up your season rentals.
Can the store hold my season rental equipment for a later pickup date?
Season rental stock is not available past the pickup deadline date. Please contact the store directly for more information.
Are helmets included with my season rental?
A helmet is not included in the package. Christy Sports store locations have helmets available for purchase on site.
Does my season rental equipment come tuned?
Christy Sports offers a complimentary tune when renting season rentals. We also offer tuning throughout the season for season rental customers.
